What comes next for your business?
Considering a sale, looking for a business to acquire, or exploring a merger? Start with a private conversation about your aim and the professional support you may need.
I’m Sondre Grimen at Indokalo. I’ll help clarify your outline and assess whether a suitable adviser introduction is possible. You can leave the business being considered for sale unnamed in your first message.
Enquiries are welcome across countries and sectors, including when you are still weighing up your options.
Start with the outline, not the paperwork.
OWNERS & SELLER REPRESENTATIVES
Tell me what you are considering.
Your role, the sector and country, a rough timeframe and whether you already have an adviser. An early-stage conversation is welcome.
Keep financial records, customer names, employee details and confidential plans out of the initial form.
BUYERS & MERGER ENQUIRIES
Describe what a good fit looks like.
Your objective, target sectors and countries, who makes the decision and whether an adviser is already involved.
Offers, valuations, financing evidence and transaction documents come later, through an agreed professional process.
You decide before anything is shared.
- Clarify your aim. We discuss your role, what you want to achieve and the help you need.
- Explore suitable adviser support. We consider the proposed work, the countries involved and any permissions required.
- Agree the boundaries in writing. Who may act, what may be shared, who pays and the terms of any introduction.
- Move forward with the appointed adviser. They manage any approved anonymous summary, counterpart discussions and confidentiality arrangements before sensitive information is released.
My role is the initial clarification and a possible adviser introduction. Your enquiry stays private: it does not become a public sale listing or go to prospective buyers without an agreed next step.
Clear terms before any introduction.
Any introduction fee, who pays it and the work covered must be agreed separately in writing before an introduction. An adviser’s services have their own terms.
Indokalo is not presenting itself as a licensed investment firm or an appointed transaction adviser. This form does not accept bids, securities orders or mandates, and does not commit either side to a transaction.
